2. Provide the marketing team with price quotes, market analysis, and strategic recommendations.
3. Monitor trends and economic indicators affecting interest rates to develop trading strategies.
4. Conduct risk analysis and manage trading positions with effective hedging.
5. Maintain relationships with clients and communicate market developments.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in interest rate trading or finance.
3. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of global financial markets and interest rate products.
4. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing complex data and market drivers.
5. Attention to Detail: Disciplined and focused on accurate record-keeping and compliance.
6. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
7. TMA Membership: Must be a member of the Treasury Markets Association (TMA) or committed to obtaining membership.
