Introduction:

My client a sizable Europe based logistics & freight forwarding company location in Kwai Fong (near MTR) and they are looking for a HR Executive (C&B & Payroll focus) to join their HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Compensation and Benefit functions which includes but not limited to full set of payroll calculation and analysis, retirement schemes (ORSO/MPF) administration, tax filing etc.
• Monitor the staff attendance and leave data in HR system on regular basis to facilitate report generation for payroll processing
• Maintain attendance record and leave record
• Maintain and ensure all records in the HR system are up-to-date and accurate
• Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
• Support the medical plan and insurance renewal
• Assist in benefits programs, policies & procedure review and provide support to other HR related task and ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
• at least 2 years’ experience in HR, especially in Compensation & Benefit
• Well-versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance. Knowledge of   Social Security, Income Tax system, Work permit process
• Knowledge of labour law and relevant regulatory requirements
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• High level of confidentiality, organized, detail-conscious, good communication & interpersonal skills
