HR & Admin Manager/Executive Assistant to CEO
Introduction:
Our client, a well established Reinsurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Handle all round HR role, including recruitment, compensation and benefits for HK, China & Taiwan office
- Communicate with payroll vendors
- Executive Assistant to CEO (Mandarin speaking)
- Ad hoc assignments
- 12 months salary discretionary bonus
- 18 days annual leave
- Medical insurance coverage
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR Management
- 8-10 years of all round HR role experience, with solid experience in Multi-national Company
- With secretarial and administrative experience is an advantage
- Fluent English and Mandarin
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
- Basic knowledge of China Labour Law is highly preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
