HR Director / Senior Manager

Introduction:

Our client is now seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our HR function and drive organizational success. This role is responsible for overseeing talent management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Fully responsible for coordinating and managing the Groups human resources and administrative functions.
  2. Lead the Groups HR and administrative team to establish and refine various policies and regulations.
  3. Assist various business units, subsidiaries, and branches in building professional and efficient teams.
  4. Optimize and enhance the Groups HR information management systems.
  5. Oversee the implementation of corporate culture within the Group.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or other relevant management fields.
  2. At least 10 years of work experience.
  3. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  4. Experience in diversified group-level management, with prior leadership experience.
  5. Strong systematic thinking and strategic management awareness.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations effectively.
  7. The specific position level (Senior Manager/Director) will be determined based on the candidates experience and capabilities.
