HOUSEHOLD MANAGER | BUTLER
Introduction:
We are currently in search of a Butler | Household Manager | Family Assistant for our client, a High-net-worth Chinese family based in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging and assisting the day-to-day operation for the family's household
- Manage and supervise the domestic helpers, drivers, chefs, security guards and gardeners
- Responsible for property and facilities management and maintenance, renovation, repair, house moving
- Planning family travel, itineraries and schedules, coordinate meetings & personal activities
- Organize family events including dinners, outgoing activities and trips
- Any ad hoc activities as required
Requirements:
- A minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/ Butler/ Household Manager/ Family Assistant
- High level of integrity, organized and able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
