Introduction:

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company is currently in search of a Finance Manager to join their team

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee all financial planning and budget management functions of the Group including cash flow forecasting, managing budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking etc.

·         Manage the preparation of regular management reports and statutory materials

·         Financial and business analysis not limit to the regular management reports but also based in external data and market research for management review and business decision making

·         Work closely with country finance team and overseas business operations team to provide useful financial insights and analysis for teams to improve performance and efficiency

·         Involve in internal control policies setup and process improvements

·         Establish HK property leasing financial reports    

·         Work with external firms e.g. annual audit, property valuation

·         Handle company secretarial work with listed compliance matters 

·         Lead and manage special business projects as assigned

Requirements:

·         Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications

·         HKICPA /ACCA or equivalent certification

·         At least 6 years’ working experience, with experience acquired in big 4 and/or listed company is an advantage

·         Strong knowledge in finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

·         Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting, forecasting and rolling budgets

·         Strong analytical and business sense, able to motivate teams to perform effectively and efficiently and handle multi-tasks with tight deadlines

·         Knowledge of listed company compliance

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-driven and able to work under pressure

·         Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

·         Immediate available is highly preferred
