Introduction:

My client, one of the diversified business company and they are looking for a Secretary to Legal Department

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Legal Department, including Head of Legal
• Read and to have basic understanding of legal files and file legal documents and correspondence
• Proofread and edit legal documents
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in English literature, English translation 
• 8 years of secretarial experience, preferably in a law firm
• Mature, independent, responsible, trustworthy, diligent and well-organized
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) ability to handle correspondence independently
• Good computer is a must of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
