Responsibilities:

• Supervise all legal and compliance issues for the family office.

• Offer legal counsel on a variety of matters, including investment strategies, transactions, and regulatory concerns.
• Create and execute compliance programs and policies.
• Perform regular compliance audits and risk evaluations.

• Provide training and support to staff regarding legal and compliance matters.

Requirements:
