Introduction:

Our client, a fast-growing education consultant company, is looking for a high-caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as follows:

Responsibilities:

1. Create and publish content end-to-end — ideation, copywriting and editing — across social media platforms and other digital channels.
2. Tailor content to different audiences and platforms with strong attention to accuracy, tone, and engagement.
3. Ensure all content reflects Academic Asia's brand voice and meets our quality standards before going live.
4. Plan, schedule, and work with Marketing team to execute social media campaigns, including content calendar management and coordination of visuals.
5. Collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing activities such as webinars, seminars, and school events — including preparing promotional content and supporting on-the-day operations.
6. Review content performance regularly (engagement, reach, click-through) and identify what is and isn't working.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and translate insights into actionable content ideas.
8. Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines in terms of tone, messaging, and visual consistency.
9. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain a unified brand image across all touchpoints.
10. Take on ad-hoc projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Requirements:

1. Degree in journalism, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Cantonese/Putonghua.
3. At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, journalism, blogging, or a similar execution-focused role.
4. Solid experience in typesetting, PowerPoint, brochure, sales course, paper, social media, website, ig
5. Able to manage multiple tasks, re-prioritise on the fly, and deliver under tight deadlines.
6. Proactive, self-driven, and accountable — you follow through on what you start and communicate clearly with your team.
