Introduction:

Our client is a diversified investment firm involving in equities, commodities, FX, fixed income and others.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor cryptocurrency markets during EU trading hours (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.) and flag notable movements or events.
2. Work closely with senior traders to learn and support the development and refinement of trading strategies.
3. Assist with trade execution under supervision, ensuring compliance with risk management guidelines.
4. Analyse market data and identify trends
5. Support portfolio tracking and performance improvement initiatives.
6. Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and tools used for monitoring trades and market activity.
7. Stay up to date with developments in crypto markets, DeFi, and relevant regulatory changes.
8. Prepare reports on trading performance and market insights.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
2. Good command of English, with clear verbal and written communication skills. 
3. Strong analytical mindset with solid numerical abilities. 
4. Great interest in cryptocurrency and global financial markets. 
5. Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to follow structured processes.  
6. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. 
7. Able to work on‑site and commit fully to the training program.
8. Be curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
