Assistant Manager, Sales Development & Education
Introduction:
An international skincare and health supplement direct selling company is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Assistant Manager, Sales Development & Education.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively form a partnership with sales force leadership by providing sales management counseling, motivation, recognition and educational support in their activities in order to
- assist them in achieving their goal
- Serves as liaison between the sales force and the company
- Responsible for Sales Education function including obtaining feedback or identify enhancement area for sales training
- Assist in Company Events
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder
- At least 3-5 years sales management/training experience in any industries
- Strong people development and presentation skills
- Able to conduct education class
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Experience in Direct Selling industry is preferred but not a must
