Assistant Claims Manager (Marine)
Introduction:
Our client, a well-established General Insurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned job. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Assist team Manager to supervise teammates and provide technical advice
- Provide claims marketing service and handle claims enquiries to customers
- Access and process the Marine Claims (including Cargo, FFL, Pleasure Craft) in line with Claims Manual independently
- Other ad hoc projects as required
- 13 months, bonus (discretionary)
- Medical insurance coverage
- 16 days annual leave
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Degree holder, ANZIIF (Snr Associate) or CII
- Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
- 8 year’ or above experience in handling Marine claims with 3 years supervisory experience is preferable
- Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and AS400
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
