Assistant Accountant
Introduction:
Our client is a leading relocation services provider and is seeking an Assistant Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounts receivable section for APAC
- Liaise/follow up with billing team and clients on invoices/payment issue
- Prepare billing for referral fee and commission revenue charged to suppliers
- Apply receipts for Invoices (both clients and suppliers)
- Prepare month-end closing Journal entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of monthly withholding tax and GST return for India
- Monitor client funding cashflow
- Handle bank related matters
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years working experience in accounting field is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized accounting software, MS Word and Excel
