Introduction:

Our client is a Singapore listed manufacturing group, which is principally engaged in the provision of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) to leading global consumer and industrial brands. They have establishments and facilities in Hong Kong, Southern China, and Vietnam. They are now looking for high calibre IT Infrastructure Manager joining their China operations at Huizhou.

Responsibilities:

        Lead a team of dedicated subordinates from marketing, materials management, quality and engineering functions to drive for profitability of the business unit.

        Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.

        Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

        Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the business unit.

        Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

        Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

        Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.

        Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

        Degree holder in Engineering / BA / Marketing

        10 years+ marketing or operation experience in managerial level.

        Strong business acumen to comprehend market situation and provide insightful business and operation plans and strategies.

        Result-oriented with strong interpersonal skill and ability to motivate and influence others.

        Excellent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
