Introduction:

Our client, one of the fastest growing telecom and technology solutions providers in Asia, is now looking for a high calibre for the position of Sales Director - SI Solutions (Public Sector, Education and NGO) to join its Hong Kong Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of approximately 10 sales specialists with focus on the FSI sector.
• Develop business strategies to market SI Solutions, including Data Centre infrastructure, private and public cloud, security, cabling, managed services, and professional services, to your client base.
• Analyse client portfolios for better segmentation and targeting, maintaining strong relationships with key clients at the executive level, including C-suite executives.
• Provide solutions in helping clients accelerate their journey by engaging with their business and technology stakeholders, aiming for exponential business growth.
• Build and manage sales pipeline activities, ensuring active nurturing of deals and progression of opportunities to closure.
• Review and analyse market conditions, reporting to senior management periodically with timely and accurate forecasts on team budgets and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines 
• At least 15 years of account management experience, expert in the sale of IT solution, services and outsourcing
• Extensive knowledge in ICT domains, including networking, security, Wi-Fi, storage, cloud services, data centre infrastructure, managed services, and professional services.
• Must have experience in responding to RFPs and tenders.
• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals and enabling sales.
• Independent, energetic, hardworking, spontaneous, and capable of working under pressure.
• Proficient in developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and conducting market analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
