Introduction:

The job holder is responsible for assisting with the program and product development process of the ALLab and overseeing coordination of concept art, consulting projects/program creation through facilitated workshops within and outside the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Overall: Comprehend market demands. Comprehensively understand customer needs. Collaborate with relevant colleagues to develop service plans and propagate the Autopilot Leadership concept through cooperation with various types of enterprises and institutions
•  Business Development: Increase the quantity and quality of customers, carry out customer expansion activities, and achieve sales targets and payment tasks
•  Account Management: Achieve service goals such as workshop outputs and consulting services outputs, and assist clients in nurturing the "Autopilot" culture
•  Account Management: Provide excellent customer service, identifying secondary customer needs, managing customer follow-ups, being accountable for service output effectiveness, and enhancing customer satisfaction
•  Ecosystem: Sustain the engagement of the members within the ecosystem by encouraging and maintaining communications within the region and across different regions (outside of responsible markets)
•  Ecosystem: Maintain a good caliber of the ecosystem to enable referrals of new customers
•  Continuous Improvement: Research the Autopilot Leadership Model and market-specific tools to help various types of enterprises and institutions improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

Education & Work Experience:

• 7+ years experience in project management, sales management and/or learning and development areas
• A proven record of success in coordinating consulting and program development projects

Professional Skills/ Knowledge Requirement:

• Progressive project management skills and experience
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills
• Strong business development skills for consulting projects
• Familiar with full consulting project development from needs assessment through project assessment
• Ability to build strong relationship with external customers (Department Head level and C-suite level) and subject matter experts across and outside organization
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Strong with excel and data analysis

 

Preferable

• Ability to leverage digital technology in workshop materials development
• A clear understanding and experience of human-centered design methodologies
