Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Finance Manager
  • Responsible for supporting and monitoring financial compliance along with our client funding requirements and programmes
  • Managing, in collaboration with respective Head of Departments, the preparation of financial reports, ensuring it meet compliance with all requirements
  • To provide and ensure consistent, timely and accurate financial management and administration of the finances, financial systems, processes, and records in order to meet the financial goals
  • To assist in ensuring compliance with all appropriate regulatory, policy and legal requirements
  • To assist in securing and maintaining the long-term financial viability and stability
  • Monitor and record all cash disbursements, expenditures and receipts , ensuring timely effective and accurate record keeping

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in finance in leading MNC with a strong ability to manage and report financial data accurately
  • A graduate degree from top tier university in finance, business analysis, or economics is required / oversea education is preferred
  • Retail/FMCG or Entertainment/Media industry is preferred
  • Skills and solid experience with financial systems, financial reporting, financial and business planning, budget preparation and adherence to statutory, regulatory and other policy standards and requirements
  • Ability to accurately analyze, interpret, summarize, and present financial information
  • Ability to work in a demanding self-supervisory, multi-task environment within clear timelines
  • Strong interpersonal, and cooperative working skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong administrative ability and organizational skills
