Legal Secretary (Litigation)

Introduction:
Our client, a local sizable legal firm located at Central is urgently seeking candidates for the post of Legal Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to litigation partner
- Draft, edit, format, file and manage legal documents
- Handle incoming correspondence and phone calls
- Handle billing and prepare documentation and bundles, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years secretarial experience in sizable legal firm
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Detail minded and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Well versed in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
