Introduction:
A market leader, US based MNC in the electronic industry, has been hiring to cope with the growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and completely manage Learning Management System to create classes offerings, training plans, generate reports and update training records
- Support administration of Leadership Program in Asia Pacific, as needed; update and maintain project progress status reporting
- Provide accurate and timely reports – monthly, quarterly and audit specific or as requested
- Update the training delivery results accordingly and collect online feedback
- Provide timely support for training team by ordering materials and supplies for training classes and playing a producer role to support facilitators in virtual training
- Coordinate training functions by sending invites, regional quarterly training offerings, , prepare equipment and materials and other logistics support
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with
minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or training coordination is preferred
- Good command of both
English and Cantonese.
- A team player with mature
character and strong sense of responsibility
- Good excel skills are
preferred
