Introduction:

Our client, offering resorts and vacation properties around the world (based in Singapore) is looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Support team and/or department business objectives. Generally, work independently by following established guidelines to determine the validity of contract, loan and closing documents and follow through to resolution.
  • Ensure quality contract document procedures and suggest improvements.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding closing disbursement, contract documents, preparing and distributing reports as required to appropriate parties. 
  • Contract Closing Process


Package:
  • 13 months salary
  • 16 days annual leave

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Fluent spoken/written English 
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Administration of Hospitality industry is preferred
  • With Legal background is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and a good team player
  • Microsoft Excel & Word
