Product Development Head - Consumer Electronic/ Smart-Home Products, Hong Kong

Introduction:
My client is a fast and continuous growing enterprise based in Hong Kong, a famous brand in Hong Kong consumer electronics industry a is planning to expand its global territories. The Company is consolidating market share in Great China and developing market around the world simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the Product Lab (Hong Kong and Shenzhen)
- Manage new product (Consumer electronics products, including IoT products) development progress, oversee workflow and product launches, and report to CEO
- Plan and participate in the progress of the product design project, and formulate the project schedule to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
- Work closely with sales team in identifying the key product feature and selling points
- Research and analyze market changes to formulate competitive strategies
Requirements:
- 7 year or above of working experience in product management - consumer electronic or smart-home products/related products
- Sharp business acumen with strong planning skills, marketing sense and analytic skill
- Excellent communicator with both stakeholders and internal parties
- Good English and Chinese (incl. Mandarin)
