Sales Coordinator

Introduction:
Our client, a local construction materials company is currently hiring for Sales Coordinator to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Response to sales order processing, inquiries, sales quotation, orders and invoices etc.
- Liaise with factories and customers for order processing
- Coordinate with forwarders for shipment arrangements
- Coordinate with local forwarders / transportation for product delivery for HK customers
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal and external parties
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in Sales Coordinator / Order follow up
- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, PowerPoint.
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Good commercial sense and communication skill
- Well organized and self-motivated
