HR and Admin Manager

Introduction:

My client location in Sheung Wan is looking for HR & Admin Manager :-

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for provide daily operation of Human Resources & Administration operation
  • Handle all-rounded HR functions including staff recruitment, movement, leave management, compensation & benefits, training, etc.
  • Prepare and update HR related reports on a regular basis
  • Set up human resources policies and procedures
  • Facilitate internal communication between departments and different level of employees
  • Provide full spectrum of administration supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation and maintenance;
  • Responsible for shop insurance arrangement, facilities/ equipment maintenance, contract renewal and etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years HR and administration working experience
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related Ordinances and statutory requirements
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
