Introduction:

Our client is looking for Test Lead to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve digital solution testing delivery.
• Be a contact and escalation point for testing and release issues.
• Implement and maintain testing standards and automation procedures for digital platforms. 
• Engage with Release and Change Management teams for effective change delivery into the group digital platform production platform
• Engage with development teams to embed Agile best practices for the release of quality deliverables. 
• Provide quality assurance reporting and setting of continual improvement goals. 
• Implement and manage industry standard toolsets to improve quality and speed of delivery.
• Great communicator that can bridge communications gaps between culturally diverse vendor(s) and internal stakeholders

Requirements:


• Lead the digital quality assurance for the entire project.
• Implement automated testing services for digital platforms that will improve service quality and speed of delivery.
• Implement processes, procedures and measures that ensures performance, resilience and quality objectives are met.
• Implement a roadmap for continual improvement for testing and quality assurance.
