Responsibilities:

• Optimize vessel utilization in terms of weight and space
• Coordinate with agencies to provide quality forecast
• Coordinate with VPM’s to ensure vessel optimization
• Coordinate with load / transshipment port operations department to ensure smooth execution of load plan
• Recommendation to trade management to optimize utilization in handling of operational and capacity issues
• Assist in contingency plan with respect to schedule integrity
• Prepare capacity reports

Requirements:

• Good MS office application skills
• Quick learner & good team player
• Fluent written/spoken English and Mandarin
