Introduction:
Due to expansion of business, our client, a well-established MNC is currently in search of a HR Director to lead a sizable team.

- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- To evaluating HR Team Performance and deliver rewards
- To meet stakeholders regularly to understand their needs and deliver to HR business partners
- Oversee daily HR operations; recruitment process, payroll and benefit, employee compensation case, working visa and expatriate cases
- Review HR policies, procedures and workflow to ensure they are efficiently implemented and comply with local laws & regulations
- Manage regular HR initiatives throughout the employment life cycle covering performance development review, annual manpower planning, staff retention program
- Analyze data such as the recruitment success rate, staff turnover reasons across all segments and cost-effectiveness of recruitment channels
- Support management on any ad hoc HR projects
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience at a sizable MNC
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislations
- Result driven, great leadership skills, business mindset, strategic thinking
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
