Introduction:

Due to expansion of business, our client, a well-established MNC is currently in search of a HR Director to lead a sizable team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
  • To evaluating HR Team Performance and deliver rewards
  • To meet stakeholders regularly to understand their needs and deliver to HR business partners
  • Oversee daily HR operations; recruitment process, payroll and benefit, employee compensation case, working visa and expatriate cases
  • Review HR policies, procedures and workflow to ensure they are efficiently implemented and comply with local laws & regulations
  • Manage regular HR initiatives throughout the employment life cycle covering performance development review, annual manpower planning, staff retention program
  • Analyze data such as the recruitment success rate, staff turnover reasons across all segments and cost-effectiveness of recruitment channels
  • Support management on any ad hoc HR projects


Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience at a sizable MNC
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislations
  • Result driven, great leadership skills, business mindset, strategic thinking
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
