1) Experience in software implementation projects (gained with banks, software firms, consulting firms or integrators)
2) Fluency in English
3) Understanding of accounting concepts and the use of balance sheets, income statements, ratio reports, etc.
4) Capability to participate in all phases of a software implementation project
5)Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with 
business experts and IT
6) Ability to investigate and problem solve technical issues


Planning to migrate its clients from On Premise Oracle based solution to:
• Oracle free On- Premise  Solutions.
• AWS-based SaaS solution.
