Our client, a manufacturer of hydraulic measurement and control products helping to improve the productivity of heavy machinery (based in UK) is looking for a high caliber to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
- To undertake general administrative tasks relating to sales process such as data entry, quote entry and follow up, invoicing,
- customer enquiries follow up. To undertake general warehousing tasks such as data entry, checking and general manual handling processes.
- To undertake general administrative duties relating to accounts processes such as data entry and checking, preparation of documentation and
- co-ordinating payment processes.
- Anything else as directed by the line manager and which is commensurate with the qualification and skills required for the job.
- Diploma or above
- Good English and Mandarin
- 3-5 years of sales administration and I/E shipping document experience
- MS Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- A good team player
