Introduction:

My client is a professional security services company location in Central is looking for a Senior HR Officer / Assistant HR Manager:-

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations support including but not limited to staff recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll & MPF administration, taxation, leave record management, training & development
  • Prepare HR related correspondences and reports
  • Maintain personnel data in HR database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Organize and assist in company activities e.g. Annual Dinner, Christmas party, company trip and team building activities
  • Ensure all HR guidelines and policies are in compliance with legal requirement
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by Management 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • 3 years of experience in a role of HR generalist
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • People management experience
  • Computer skill of MS office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
  • Immediate available is preferred
