Our client, a multinational industrial group manufacturing flow control systems with a wide range of products for water treatment, power generation, chemical as well as oil and gas industries, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cope with their growth in Hong Kong.
- Responsible for maintaining
current good relationships with various key distributors and customers and identifying
new potential customers and business partners
- Build and maintain a sales
pipeline of possible projects and collaborate with related parties for bidding
/ tendering process
- Responsible for managing the
creation of marketing material, as well as identifying key exhibitions and
trade shows to participate in
- Conduct market research and
provide data analysis to the R&D department for new product development
- Responsible for identifying and
supporting obtaining new certifications for existing and future products
• University degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• 10 years of Sales / Business Development experience in Water Supply / Sewage Treatment industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability in sales and Business Development.
• Proven ability within sales and market development
• Experience within valve industry preferred but not a must.
• Fluent in English, reading and writing.
• Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin a plus but not a must
