Customer Service Representative

Introduction:
A sizable US-base company is now looking for a Customer Service Representative for their HK office.
Responsibilities:
- To cover all areas of customer service from prompt phone and emails coverage to completion of order.
- Customer service: pricing and delivery information.
- Writing orders and faxing.
- Expediting customer orders.
- Filing acknowledgments, confirmations, shipping papers and complaints.
• Interface with internal and external personnel.
Requirements:
- 5 years relevant experience in MNC
- experience in using SAP
- good language skills (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
- 5-day work week
- 20 - 25 K
- double pay
