Customer Service Representative

Introduction:

A sizable US-base company is now looking for a Customer Service Representative for their HK office.

Responsibilities:

  • To cover all areas of customer service from prompt phone and emails coverage to completion of order.
  • Customer service: pricing and delivery information.
  •  Writing orders and faxing.
  •  Expediting customer orders.
  •  Filing acknowledgments, confirmations, shipping papers and complaints.

•             Interface with internal and external personnel.

Requirements:

  • 5 years relevant experience in MNC
  • experience in using SAP
  • good language skills (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)

  • 5-day work week 
  • 20 - 25 K
