Introduction:

My client, a sizable e-Commerce Logistics company looking for an Assistant IT Project Manager:-

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for IT Project Management and development function and project implementation that establish clear IT value and support the business growth
• To drive and deliver whole IT projects to Business and Commercial customers
• Establish and perform project control functions to pro-actively mitigate risk and act as final point of escalation for project related issues
• Ensure projects adheres to IT industry best-practices
• Design the right IT Solutions for customer through collaboration with internal and external key stake holders such as Business Development.
• Engage and facilitate frequent and regular communications with Business and Customers

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Project Management, eCommerce with at least 2 years of managing large scale IT Program in a matrix organization with multiple stake holders
• Candidates possesses software development experience will be definitely an advantage
• Ability to respond aggressively to changing trends in IT technology and business environment.
• Keen appreciation of new technologies, constantly upgrading his / her technical knowledge and keep abreast of the latest IT developments
• Strong “people” manager with a proven record of team building as well as motivating and mentoring technical personnel.
• Excellent problem solving skills, Process management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
