Our client, a Dutch company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:


• Provide effective liaison and co-ordination between customers and Hong Kong office, reporting to the Regional Manager
• Supporting sales for products, spare parts and repairs
• Quotation and order handling through ERP system
• Organize shipping-,order- and invoicing activities, including import/export document preparations
• Support the Regional Manager and Business Development Manager with ad hoc admin / projects tasks


• 12 months salary + discretionary bonus
•  Medical Insurance coverage
•  Public Holidays
•  5-day work


• Diploma or Degree holder 
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese 
• 5-10 years of sales coordination experience in trading/manufacturing field
• Good communication and project management skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Experience with ERP system
• Attentive to details and analytical mind 
• Able to work well independently and meet deadlines 
• Willing to work in a small office
