Introduction:

Handle full set of operations and settlements of Inter-bank FX and MM transactions and related operational support, administration and reporting.

Responsibilities:

      Handle full set of operations and settlements of Inter-bank FX and MM transactions and related operational support, administration and reporting.

      Participate in system implementation and projects.

      Supervise subordinates and keep the team operation efficient and effective.

      Input/approve transactions into back-office systems.

      Execute payment and report cash flow of inter-bank transactions to Treasury Division

      Administrate the settlement related activities e.g. AML screening processing, reconcile account posting for transactions, etc.

Requirements:

      Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline

      A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Banks treasury settlement and operations / 3+ years in supervisory level

      Exposure in participating new product or system development and implementation

      Strong interpersonal and communication skill with critical thinking and growth mindset

      Proficient in Microsoft Office / PC applications

      Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
