Shipping/Customer Service Clerk
Introduction:
Our client, a well established multi-national company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Support CS team HK in the various customer service activities (communication to customers, prices maintenance; customers forecasts; etc)
- Forward copy of L/C to the Singapore Team
- Submit the full set of documents to the Advising Bank
- Retrieve SAP documents (Invoice, Packing List and CoA's)
- Coordinate collection of original Bill of Ladings from forwarding agents
- Produce Certificate of Origin (Chamber of Commerce), Insurance Certificate etc.
- Sending copy of not-negotiable documents to Singapore team or directly to customers
- 15 days annual leave
- Medical insurance coverage
- 5 days work
- 1.5 hour for lunch time
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma on Customer Service / Supply Chain
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- 2 – 4 years of customer service or shipping experience in trading/manufacturing field
- Basic knowledge of L/C
- Solid experience in working for Multi-national company is preferred
- MS Office
- Positive attitude and good team player
- Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate available is preferred
