Shipping Clerk
Introduction:
My client, a Japanese freight forwarding company is looking for a Shipping clerk
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of export documents, including issuance of HBL and invoice, operating consolidation & LCL shipments
- Follow up overseas routing order and booking;
- Communicate with overseas agents, mainly by email and follow up their instructions
- Contact with customers, co-loaders and other parties
- Coordinate with factories/forwarders in shipping schedule
- Make arrangements, bookings, etc for shipments
- Handle everyday shipment operation flow
- Control outbound schedule
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 3 years working experience in operation Sea freight forwarding is an advantage
- Experience in handling full-sets export documents, operations, consolidation, LCL, Booking and B/L issue
- Handle export experience is must
- PC knowledge, proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, English and Chinese word processing
- Good spoken & written English & Chinese, Mandarin
- Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and overtime
- Immediately available is preferred
