Senior Secretary
Introduction:
A civil engineering, urban & environmental planning, land surveying multi-national corporation is now looking for an Executive Secretary to the Senior Project Manager in their Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities:
- to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the boss
- to provide personal support to the boss
- to attend project meetings
- to liaise with other departments / external parties for project management
Requirements:
- experience in serving senior management
- experience in Architect Firm / interior Design Firm / Property Development / Construction Companies would be an advantage
- experience in Project Management would be an advantage
- good language skills
- good PC skills including Chinese Word Processing
- 35 - 38 K
- discretionary bonus (1 month)
- 5-day work week
- medical insurance
- annual leave
