Introduction:

A civil engineering, urban & environmental planning, land surveying multi-national corporation is now looking for an Executive Secretary to the Senior Project Manager in their Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:

• to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the boss
• to provide personal support to the boss
• to attend project meetings 
• to liaise with other departments / external parties for project management

Requirements:

• experience in serving senior management
• experience in  Architect Firm / interior Design Firm / Property Development / Construction Companies would be an advantage
• experience in Project Management would be an advantage
• good language skills
• good PC skills including Chinese Word Processing
