Introduction:

Our client is one of the international audit, accounting & consultancy CPA firms.

Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Execution
2. Prepare and review high-quality due diligence reports and client presentations.
3. Execute buy-side, sell-side and refinancing due diligence assignments for private equity and corporate clients.
4. Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements from planning through to completion.
5. Identify key transaction risks, commercial considerations and value drivers.
6. Analyse financial performance, quality of earnings, cash flow generation, working capital requirements and net debt positions.
7. Review business plans, forecasts and financial models to assess the sustainability of future performance.
8. Client Relationship Management
9. Act as a key day-to-day contact for client management teams, investors and other transaction stakeholders.
10. Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to a positive client experience.
11. Participate in management meetings and financial due diligence discussions.
12. Present key findings, risks and recommendations clearly and effectively.
13. Project Management
14. Manage engagement budgets, timelines and project deliverables.
15. Lead transaction workstreams and coordinate multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions.
16. Ensure engagements are delivered to the highest quality standards and in accordance with the firm's risk management policies.
17. Team Leadership
18. Supervise and provide coaching and support recruitment, training and the professional development of team members.
19. Review team members' work and provide constructive feedback and technical guidance.
20. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
21. Business Development
22. Support the team in preparing proposals, pitches and thought leadership initiatives.
23. Assist in building relationships with private equity funds, corporates and professional intermediaries.
24. Contribute to market-facing activities and the continued growth of the Transaction Services practice

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
3. Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, Financial Due Diligence or M&A advisory.
4. Experience gained from Big Four, mid-tier professional services firm, or similar environment.
5. Demonstrated experience leading financial due diligence engagements and managing teams.
