Senior/Human Resources Officer
Introduction:
A leading logistics service provider is seeking a candidate for the position of Senior/Human Resources Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, employee relations, training & development etc.
- Implement and manage talent management and career progression programs
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Improve employee engagement and communication
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ of hands-on experience in all rounded HR function
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, independent and a good team player
- Stable work history
- Immediate available is preferred
