Introduction:

Our client, a well-known general insurance broker in Hong Kong, is seeking a high-calibre candidate to take up the role of Senior Account Manager (Employee Benefits), based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Assistant Account Director, Employee Benefits.
• Deliver exceptional broking services to both existing and potential corporate clients.
• Drive business growth by expanding the current portfolio and attracting new prospects.
• Coordinate with insurers and service providers to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Provide comprehensive service delivery to clients, including claims data analysis and proposal preparation.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Preferably from an insurance broking firm or insurance company. Diploma or higher with 7-10 years of experience in the Employee Benefits field.
• Preferably passed IIQE Papers I, II, III, IV and IIV.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Attend client meetings, employee briefing sessions, group events and industry events.
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
