Introduction:
My client is a professional security services company location in Central is looking for:-
Responsibilities:
- Provide all‐rounded secretarial support to senior management
- Drafting meeting minutes, record keeping
- Maintain good communication with both internal and external parties on personal and business‐related matters
- Responsible for compiling and managing correspondences
- Prepare for meetings, reports and presentation materials
- Handle any ad‐hoc duties as assig
Requirements:
- Degree holder or formal training in secretarial studies preferred
- 2 years or above secretarial and administrative experience in professional firm
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all management levels and business units
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Internet research
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
