Introduction:

A market leader in power tools and wall-mounted equipment or power tools products is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing on business planning and implementation of sales & marketing programs for HK and Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement sales plan to achieve sales and grow market share.

• Motivate sales team and upsell key account management to maximize company revenue and profit.

• Maintain good relationship with key clients and offer sales supporting to both dealers.

• Organize seminars, and technical training to KOL of building and construction industry.

• Research on the market and competitor; and advise the product team on new products and applications development

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 5 years of sales experience.  
• Experience gained in Japan based co. will be a plus
• Cantonese, Mandarin and English
