Sales Coordinator
Introduction:
Our client is a Singaporean Wholesaler and Distributor for Consumer electronics with Business across Asian Pacific, they also have Products Ranging from Beauty and lifestyle, which working with Online and Offline channels in Hong Kong, China and overseas markets. And now they are looking for high calibers to strengthen their Local Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up Purchase Order and Reply customer email inquiry
- Using ERP system for Administrative work
- Reply email Quotations and Arrange Sales Invoice for Customers
- Follow up Sales Order and Arrange for Delivery
- Working as a Coordinator to communicate between Headquarter/Warehouse / Sales Team
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years in sales administration field ,
- Experience in Oracle or ERP system is an advantage for your Application
- Communicate with Cantonese/English with good interpersonal skills
