They are known for its commitment to delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial properties, along with strategic investments in hotels and other hospitality assets. Our client is seeking for Revenue & Distribution Manager.

About the Role

The Revenue & Distribution Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and ensuring effective pricing, inventory management, and strategic analysis in line with both property and company standards. This role involves driving revenue optimization strategies, evaluating market trends, managing distribution channels, and providing actionable insights to boost market share and profitability.

• Responsible for pricing, inventory management, and analysis in line with the property and the company's standards and policies.
• Yield optimum revenue and RevPAR with a regular business review of managed properties, including assessing rates, inventory, sales strategies, competitor set performance and booking pace
• Provide regular analysis of market trends and market positioning to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to ensure optimal revenue generation and market share growth, which eventually contributes to increased profit margins.
• manage and evaluate decisions from the revenue management system.
• Improve the properties direct booking performance by working closely with the loyalty programme team.
• Manage and oversee the online distribution strategy for all online sales channels.
• Provide and update monthly revenue forecasts for the managed property.
• Participate in annual budget and rate rationalization exercises.
• Provide timely advice to the Sales Team on sales quotations.
• Ensure properties rate parity and rate competitiveness
• Liaise with industry partners to keep abreast of market changes and developments within the industry

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economic Studies.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management, pricing, or distribution within the hospitality industry
• With revenue experience in Hospitality/Real Estate Property Management industry 
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality markets in Singapore, Australia, China, and Indonesia.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and hotel management systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
