Our client is a fast-growing, collaborative Real Estate and Property Development industry within Iskandar Malaysia

Responsibilities:

KEY Skill set(s) / industry experience

1. Managing engineering projects from planning through execution and completion.
2. Experience in project management - monitoring, progress reporting, cost control and risk management.
3. Able to lead and manage team members.

What You'll Do

1. Manage project documentation — submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and more
2. Plan, coordinate, and drive project activities to success
3. Track change orders, drawings, contracts, and important logs
4. Prepare and deliver Owner & Maintenance Manuals on time
5. Work closely with subcontractors, clients, and site teams
6. Represent the company in meetings and resolve problem areas

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience in engineering or project management
2. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
3. Good command in English & Mandarin
4. Strong skills in project planning, cost control, reporting, and risk management
5. Great communication and coordination abilities
