Introduction:

Our client, a Die Casting Machines Manufacturing (listed in HK) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the company, involves coordinating project teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management.

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews

Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is preferable but not essential  

Fluent in spoken & written Spanish or German + Mandarin 

 3-5 years working experience in project management

 Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering complex projects within budget and timeline

 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges and risks

Willing to travel
