Introduction:

Our client, a MNC, is looking for a high calibre to fill up the above mentioned position.

Responsibilities:

1. To generate and maintain testing specifications, including BB/RF/Acoustic testing, functional testing, and other tests to ensure product quality.
2. To design and verify test equipment and software (SW) needed for production, including but not limited to:
3. To generate testing data statistics from all stages of the product lifecycle.
4. To conduct workshops on all SW, HW reference, and test equipment released to production.
5. To collaborate closely and share information with teammates and other teams and departments.
6. To provide support for additional R&D tasks not mentioned above.

Requirements:

1. Technical education, including software programming (C# and LabVIEW) and electrical circuits.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in production and testing.
3. Strong communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
5. Knowledge of schematics and layout (preferably with PADS).
6. Familiarity with analog circuits.
7. Proactive, results-oriented, cooperative, outgoing, and positive attitude.
8. Leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time.
9. Strong technical problem-solving skills.
10. Knowledge of ESD protection and handling.
11. Team player with a willingness to take initiative.
12. Willingness to travel as needed.
