Introduction:

Our client is a leading Barristers' Chambers, they are seeking a dynamic Practice Development professional to provide maternity cover for our Practice Development Manager. Working closely with our Practice Development Committee and Head of Chambers, you will play a key role in driving marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and supporting our barristers in building their practices.

Responsibilities:

1. 4+ years' BD/marketing experience in barristers' chambers or law firms, ideally supporting litigation/dispute resolution practice
2. Event management expertise – from seminars and receptions to career talks and sponsorships
3. Content marketing experience – manage directory submissions (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500), website content, and social media (LinkedIn)
4. Strong stakeholder engagement – confident building relationships with barristers at all levels
5. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (written and spoken)
6. Knowledge of Hong Kong's legal system and litigation/arbitration practice highly regarded
7. Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects under pressure

1. Experience with mainland China, UK, and Singapore markets
