Introduction:

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

•  Assist with various operational issue for both Hong Kong, SG and ME office
• Assist to liaise with Insurance carriers’ product and promotion
• Assist with Bank and Internal Management Reporting
• Assist with Regulatory renewal and CPD Trainings
• Liaise with contractors on license renewals 
• Assist to maintain website

Package:

• 13 months salary
• Medical insurance coverage
• 14 days annual leave

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder 
• 2 years of administration/customer service experience in any field
• Mature, organized and able to work independently
• Fluent spoken/written English, Mandarin and Chinese (Cantonese)
• MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Chinese typing
• Good communication skills, detail-minded and a good team player
• Report duty as soon as possible
