Introduction:

My client one of the leading companies in the global logistic industry location in Kwun Tong and they are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager (Procurement & Pricing - TPEB)

Responsibilities:

• Develop FCL ocean product of Transpacific Eastbound services under corporate direction and guidance from Trade Lead
• Implement the sustainable strategies to maintain and expand existing businesses and/or capture new businesses
• Communicate with carriers for rate queries of Transpacific Eastbound Services
• Complete RFQ files with rates and relevant RFQ details
• Ensure valid and accurate FAK rates from core carriers
• Upload FAK contracts and NAC rate details in GPM system
• Follow up space issues or any other disputes/cases with carriers and internal parties
• Prepare global trade reports periodically
• Assist in monitoring volume performance of key accounts in response to Trade Strategy and Policy
• Support on preparing carrier assignment/routing guide upon business award and contract filing
• Prepare meeting materials and PPT for carrier review meetings

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines
• At least 10 years working experience in global liner or international freight forwarder
• Experience on procurement, pricing and trade management of Transpacific Eastbound is desired
• Candidates with more solid and relevant experience will be considered as Senior Manager
• Good command of written and spoken both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PPT applications
